Application of Prayer
"Continuous communication with God through prayer, reading the word, and hearing the word maximizes your faith in Him. This kind of faith catapults you from "baby" prayers to "adult" prayers. Lets examine the practical application of some of the different types of prayer":
* Prayer of Faith
* Prayer of Consecration
* Prayer of Commitment
* Prayer of Worship
Prayer of Faith
"The prayer of faith is the prayer of petition. You have a specific request to receive something or change something. Matthew 21:22 tells us, "And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive." This prayer is always to be based on God's revealed will in His Word.
You pray the prayer of faith. Not, "IF it be your will, heal me." It is already God's will for you to be healthy. God does not change. His will does not change. You stand on the Word of God believing! Here is what you pray:"...
